House Merrywood had once been a Great House. The Lord of the House was Lord Merrywood, father of Lyric and Ariel, also known as Lala. The most well-known member was Lyric.

House Merrywood was slain by Vengeance Slaughterwood. He was in a rage after his bride-to be, Aurora Valor, left him at the altar for Lyric. He killed almost all of House Merrywood, as well as Castor Valor. Lala was the only Merrywood survivor.

Merrywood Village was near Merrywood Manor, and the Merrywood Forest was on the outskirts of the village.

There was a trio known as The Merrywood Three. They were composed of Prince Castor Valor, Lyric Merrywood, and a mysterious, cocky archer. It is later revealed that Jacks was the Archer.

Merrywood Forest[]

Merrywood Forest stands on the outskirts of the Merrywood Village. Deep in the Merrywood Forest, past the worst of the curse that covers it, stands The Hollow: Inn for Travelers and Adventurers.

Merrywood Village[]

Merrywood Village is said to have once been a charming township built in the Merrywood Forest, home to enchanted square fairs, magical foxes, and a trio of semi-infamous scoundrels who were all said to be charming and handsome and nothing but trouble. They were the Merrywood Three.

The village had been built near the Merrywood forest. When Vengeance killed everyone in House Merrywood, the area went into disrepair. The village became rundown and nobody lived there any longer.

When Apollo gives the land to Wolfric upon his release from the Valory Arch, Wolfric and his family start to rebuild the village and the manor. Other Great Houses and members of the kingdom help to restore the area to what it once was.

Merrywood Village was near the Merrywood Manor.
