Lily James would make an excellent Tella (and not just bc of her blue dress in cinderella with the butterflies...okay maybe because of that.)

Scarlett was over there dealing with shock of finding out that Fallen Star was her birth father, that she had powers, and that Fallen Star wanted to make her a Fate. It's like you forgot Scarlett is the older sister. Tella is still technically so much less experienced- she's a dreamer, a hopeless romantic, and she thinks she can be the hero of her own story.
During Finale, Donatella did nothing but whine about how Legend left her, whine about Legend not loving her,I don't have much experience with love or anything, but for the most part if you thought someone loved you but they didn't but they did, you wouldn't be perfect either.
wandered around making a mess with Jacks, wandered around and made magical deals for STUPID reasons, and nothing else.What stupid reasons? To find her mother, because she thought she was purely at fault for losing her, therefore making her extremely guilty? Guilt and love make you do stupid things.
Scarlett was right about so many things and was nothing but kind to her, and she dragged her into Caraval, AGAINST her will, lied to her, and was basically the whole reason the Fates got loose.Again, flawed characters are more interesting than perfect ones!
Personally, while reading all the books, I felt like Donatella was the worst character out there.Part of why I liked her- awful awful girls who make mistakes are far better characters than perfect girls.
She was rude, and spoiled.True- which made her flawed, and imperfect, which was good
She never listened to Scarlett, who had taken care of her for most of her life.
Do you have siblings? xD my sister NEVER listens to me and I NEVER listen to her, and we take care of each other and are sort of best friends- but again, we never listen to each other. We are horrid to each other and do things just to spite each other
I love Tella actually lolll I disliked Scarlett but Tella was quite my cup of tea
