I love Tella actually lolll I disliked Scarlett but Tella was quite my cup of tea

Personally, while reading all the books, I felt like Donatella was the worst character out there.

Part of why I liked her- awful awful girls who make mistakes are far better characters than perfect girls.

She was rude, and spoiled.

True- which made her flawed, and imperfect, which was good

She never listened to Scarlett, who had taken care of her for most of her life.

Do you have siblings? xD my sister NEVER listens to me and I NEVER listen to her, and we take care of each other and are sort of best friends- but again, we never listen to each other. We are horrid to each other and do things just to spite each other

Scarlett was right about so many things and was nothing but kind to her, and she dragged her into Caraval, AGAINST her will, lied to her, and was basically the whole reason the Fates got loose.

Again, flawed characters are more interesting than perfect ones!

During Finale, Donatella did nothing but whine about how Legend left her, whine about Legend not loving her,

I don't have much experience with love or anything, but for the most part if you thought someone loved you but they didn't but they did, you wouldn't be perfect either.

wandered around making a mess with Jacks, wandered around and made magical deals for STUPID reasons, and nothing else.

What stupid reasons? To find her mother, because she thought she was purely at fault for losing her, therefore making her extremely guilty? Guilt and love make you do stupid things.

Scarlett was over there dealing with shock of finding out that Fallen Star was her birth father, that she had powers, and that Fallen Star wanted to make her a Fate. 

It's like you forgot Scarlett is the older sister. Tella is still technically so much less experienced- she's a dreamer, a hopeless romantic, and she thinks she can be the hero of her own story.

Instead Donatella went looking for pointless solutions, and half of the time, while doing so, ended up pining over Legend instead.

SHE'S A TEENAGER ! ! ! ! ! ! ! she's not an adult, you shouldn't expect her to act like one

I, personally, love Tella. She's one of my favorite characters, after Legend. She's extremely bold and is just an amazing character.

I love Tella bro, she was my favorite character and she´s not perfect, I loved her as a character because she was flawed and she was trying to put herself back together and find her place in the world. And she was sad about Legend possibly not loving her because she felt like he was just acting like how he was acting as ´Dante´, if you thought someone loved you but they did things that seemed like they didn´t you would be upset too, and she´s a teenage girl, she has feelings, dreams and flaws and thats what makes her herself. (__This is my opinion :)__)

The only reason Tella acts like that is mostly because Scarlett shielded her from her father. Plus, as papaya said, she's still a teen
